How far is Khao Hom from Suvarnabhumi Airport?
We are located in Bang Sao Thong, Samut Prakan — a short 15 to 20 minute drive from the terminal depending on traffic. Our complimentary shuttle runs at set times and can be arranged when you book.
Can I check in very early in the morning or late at night?
Yes. Our front desk is open 24 hours. We are used to welcoming guests at all hours and will have your room ready when you arrive, no matter the time.
Is the daytime room available for just a few hours of sleep?
Yes. The Daytime Rest Room is a six-hour stay. You can use it to sleep, shower and rest before your next departure. If you need a little more time, let us know and we will see what we can arrange.
Is the airport shuttle included in the room price?
The shuttle is included with the Overnight Stay package. For the Daytime Rest Room and Long Layover Suite, we can arrange transport — please mention it when you enquire and we will confirm the details.
Can families or groups use the Long Layover Suite?
The Long Layover Suite has a separate sitting area and is well suited to families and small groups of two to four. Each guest receives a light meal and there is a quiet lounge available for companions.
